You fill in our questionnaire (no account needed), we review your request, and if we're a good fit we accept it. You then get a private portal where your plan appears when it's ready.

We only take on trips where we can genuinely add value: places we know well or can research properly, and timings we can meet. If we can't do a great job, we'll tell you honestly.

Depending on your tier: travel options there and back, entry-requirement notes with official sources, where to stay, a day-by-day itinerary with options, local small businesses we love, and practical info like SIMs, money and etiquette.

Yes. Each plan includes a number of revisions depending on the tier, and you can comment on any day or item in your portal.

Yes. You can create a private, read-only link for your travel partner in your portal and switch it off at any time.

No, never. Your plan gives you carefully chosen options with links, and you book directly with each provider. That keeps you in control of changes and refunds, and keeps our advice independent.

No. We give approximate price ranges with the date we checked them. Prices change, so always confirm when you book.

No. It's general guidance only and can change. We always link to the official government source and show when we last checked it. Please confirm with the official source before you travel.
