About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a trip plan from ALKIKI. By submitting a request you agree to them.
What we provide
A personal, hand-crafted trip plan based on your answers. We never book anything for you and never take payment for flights, stays, rides or tours. Everything in your plan is information with links, so you book directly with the provider.
Any bookings you make are agreements between you and that provider, on their terms. We aren't responsible for third-party services, availability or prices.
Requests and acceptance
Submitting a request doesn't create a contract. We review every request and may accept or decline it at our discretion, for example if we can't meet your dates or don't know a destination well enough.
Fees and refunds
The only fee we charge is a one-time fee for your plan, shown on our plans and pricing page. We confirm the price of your plan, how to pay and any refund or cancellation rights with you before you pay. Nothing is charged until you've agreed to it.
Revisions
Each plan tier includes a set number of revisions. Extra revisions can be bought as an add-on. A revision is a round of reasonable changes to the existing plan, not a new trip.
Personal use only
Your plan is for your personal use and that of the people travelling with you. Please don't resell, republish or share it commercially.
Prices, availability and travel information
Prices in plans are approximate, dated ranges and are not guaranteed. Availability is never guaranteed. Entry, visa and legal information is general guidance only and may be out of date. Always check the official government source and, if needed, a qualified professional before you travel or book.
Liability
Your plan is a set of suggestions for your trip. Every decision you make, and every booking, journey and activity, is your own choice and responsibility. We can't be held liable for decisions made using the plan, or for anything a third-party provider does or doesn't do.
