Cookie policy

We only use cookies and storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing on the site comes from an outside analytics provider. That's why there's no cookie banner to accept.

Cookies

• Sign-in cookies (sb-…): keep you signed in to your portal or the admin area. Only set when you log in, and removed when you sign out.
• site_2fa: remembers that you entered your emailed sign-in code for this session.
• site_trust: if you choose to trust a device, it skips the sign-in code on that device for 30 days.
• site_pending: holds your sign-in for up to 15 minutes while you enter the emailed code.

Storage in your browser

• site-theme: remembers Light or Dark if you pick one at the bottom of any page. While it's set to System (the default), nothing is stored and the site follows your device.
• Your trip request draft: while you fill in the questionnaire, your answers are saved in your own browser so you don't lose them. They're removed once you send your request.

If we ever add anything that isn't strictly necessary, such as analytics, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
